Get a transaction object given a signed transaction bytecode, or re-parse a transaction object. Verify the signature

Request: requestType is parseTransaction transactionBytes is the signed or unsigned bytecode of the transaction (optional) transactionJSON is the transaction object (optional if transactionBytes is included)
